CheatCodeGTAVI.com collects the minimum data needed to run its features. We don't run third-party advertising trackers or sell any data to anyone. This page describes exactly what is collected and why.
Email addresses (launch notifications)
If you sign up for a launch notification via the "Notify Me" form, we store your email address so we can send you a one-time notification when GTA 6 cheat codes go live. We do not use this address for any other marketing, and we do not share it with third parties. You can request deletion at any time — see Contact below.
Favorites
Cheats you save to your Favorites list are stored only in your browser's local storage. This data never leaves your device and we never see it — clearing your browser data or using a different device/browser will reset your favorites.
Voting
Upvotes/downvotes on cheat codes are stored anonymously as aggregate counts — we do not tie a vote to your identity, account, or email address.
Hosting and standard logs
This site is hosted on Cloudflare's network, which, like virtually every host on the internet, processes standard connection metadata (IP address, request timing, user agent) to serve pages and protect against abuse. We do not run Google Analytics, Meta Pixel, or any other third-party analytics or advertising tracker on this site.
Cookies
We don't set tracking or advertising cookies. Your theme preference (light/dark) and favorites are stored via your browser's local storage, not cookies, and never transmitted to us.
Children's privacy
This site is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from them.
